Student programs

Nursery K-4

Our Nursery Program (K-4) is for children age 4. This age group is working on developing their fine and gross motor skills, that are gaining independence, and developing their social skills through play.

Growth and development

Our Nursery program also known as K-4 includes a combination of play, exploration, and learning. The Siksika language and culture program is also taught at this age level.

About school

Na’to’sapi Chief Old Sun School was established in 1976. It was originally located next door to Old Sun College. In September 1988 the current school was officially opened. Chief Old Sun School has expanded since 1988, with the current population of 358 students and 40 full-time staff.
